Being in darkness is a unique experience. Entering this space offers a complete immersion into an environment without light, transforming your perception of space and time. This personal journey allows each person to find relaxation, meditate deeply, and uncover unique creative insights.
Approach this retreat with an open mind and without expectations. This openness allows you to embrace whatever arises naturally, making the experience both personal and transformative.
The recommended length of stay is 7 to 10 days, though shorter or longer stays can be arranged.
You can also try the experience for a few hours or days, share it with a partner, or spend time in partial darkness to overcome fears of darkness, small spaces, or solitude.

The Meals
During your darkness retreat, meals are delivered silently to your room at regular intervals. The food is carefully chosen to support your physical wellbeing during this intense inner journey.
Meals are vegetarian, light, and nourishing. Dietary adjustments are made in the preparation phase to support the cleansing and deepening process.

The space is with no or minimum radio-frequency radiation (mobile phones, Wi-Fi, etc.) and with minimum noise ensuring a peaceful environment for your retreat.
the surrounding area offers a tranquil forest environment, perfect for quiet walks and reflection. Earplugs and noise-canceling headphones are available.

Getting Here
By car
The journey by car takes about 1 hour from Brno and 2 hours from Prague. Enter “Trimurti Sacha retreat centre, Vojtěchov 11, Lísek, 593 01” (district of Žďár nad Sázavou) in your navigation system.
By Plane
The nearest international airport is Prague (PRG). From Prague, take a train or arrange a transfer. Vienna (VIE) is also an option for international travellers.
From the Prague airport take the airport bus AE to the Main Station (Hlavní nádraží). It goes from Terminal 1 every 30 min, the journey takes 40 min. Tickets (100 CZK per person) can be bought from the driver (payment by card is possible).
By Train
From Prague Central Station you take a train to Nové Město na Moravě. You have to change once in Žďár nad Sázavou. Check the train timetables at www.idos.cz. You can also buy the ticket online using this service or at the ticket desk at the Central Station.
Taxi Partnership
If you come by public transport, you can be picked up in Nove Mesto na Morave (200 Czk) or Žďár nad Sázavou (500 Czk) by our recommended local taxi company: Patrik Pavlíček. Text him at least half an hour before your arrival at +420 606 111 155, using the template below or by writing in Czech. He accepts both cash and card payments.
